The startup is founded by Mr. Rajnish Kumar, an alumnus of IIM Kashipur and a Siemens-certified expert in industrial automation, with over 10 years of experience in product development, lean manufacturing, and rural innovation. He is a certified specialist in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and an Internal Auditor for TS16949, bringing a strong foundation in quality and process control to agri-tech development. Motivated by the vision of a self-reliant India (Atmanirbhar Bharat) and the pressing need to mechanize small farms, Mr. Kumar made a conscious decision to return to Bihar and develop scalable, home grown solutions for Indian farmers. Alongside farm mechanization, the startup is also exploring basic assistive mobility for farmers and the differently-abled person . His commitment to innovation is reflected in his published research on manufacturing efficiency and his ongoing patent applications in the field of agricultural machinery.
