Keshav Kumar, the founder of Jeevan Organics Agrotech Private Limited, is a young and passionate agripreneur with a strong vision to transform Indian agriculture through sustainable, organic methods. With a background in agriculture and a deep-rooted understanding of rural ecosystems, Keshav is committed to addressing the key issues faced by farmers—soil degradation, high input costs, and environmental challenges.

To create a sustainable, healthy, and prosperous rural economy through organic farming, circular waste management, and natural resource regeneration.
Mission:
To empower farmers with knowledge, tools, and eco-friendly alternatives that enhance soil fertility, reduce input costs, and increase long-term productivity, while preserving nature.
Team and Employment:
The Startup currently has 10 direct employees working in management, R&D, and field implementation roles. Additionally, over 30 indirect workers contribute to logistics, waste collection, and processing. Through community engagement and partnerships, the startup has created livelihood opportunities, especially among rural youth and women.
Farmers Associated:
Jeevan Organics directly collaborates with over 500 farmers across Bihar and Jharkhand, guiding them through organic practices and providing access to organic inputs. Indirectly, the outreach extends to more than 1,500 farmers through training camps, village-level awareness drives, and cooperative societies.
Areas of Operation:
The startup operates mainly in Amaitha Muzaffarpur districts in Bihar, with pilot initiatives in Deoghar and Dumka districts in Jharkhand. Expansion plans are underway in other underserved regions of eastern India.
